Once we have received your referral from your GP, you will receive a welcome email from Oviva outlining the next steps in your onboarding journey. It may take up to 5 days to process your referral. Thank you for your patience and understanding as we carefully process each referral to ensure the best possible care.
Depending on demand, it may be necessary for you to be placed on a short waiting list before your treatment starts. Currently, our waiting list is approximately 8 weeks from receiving your referral. Please be assured that you will continue to receive regular updates throughout your onboarding journey, keeping you informed about the waiting period and your next steps.
Please note our team are unable to prioritise your referral and unable to individually provide your position in the wait list.
